Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Ticket Mela — the event pages, registration, passes, check-in and everything around them. Using the platform means you agree to them.

The service

Ticket Mela lets organizers create event pages, collect registrations, issue QR passes and check people in at the gate. Free events are free to run; we work hard to keep the service up and reliable, especially on event days, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability.

If you organize events

• You're responsible for your event — its content, its promises and its conduct.
• Use registrants' details only for the event they signed up for and closely related communication. No list-selling, no spam.
• Keep your account and gate codes to your team. You can rotate the gate code and manage users from your event's settings at any time.

If you attend events

• Your pass is personal — one QR per person. Don't share it.
• Entry always follows the organizer's rules and the venue's capacity; a pass is a registration, not an unconditional guarantee of entry.

Fair use

Don't use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and don't attempt to disrupt it or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts or events that do.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from its use — an event's success and conduct remain the organizer's responsibility.

Changes
